Rickshaw Drivers Murder Mystery: Another Murder In Sector 21, Chandigarh

A new murder case of a rickshaw driver in Chandigarh came into limelight after a similar incident happened in sector 17 some days ago. In Sector 21, Chandigarh near Doaba sweets rickshaw driver found dead. Someone has killed him at night with the help of sharp weapon when he was sleeping. A person who was walking in the morning around 5 AM saw his body and inform the police.

Police arrested one suspect In Sector 21, Chandigarh

Police came after one person informed them about the incident. Police were searching for the CCTV footage to know who was behind the murder, but they found nothing in CCTV footage. They also did the investigation from nearby people. According to the nearby people, a rickshaw driver was sleeping outside showroom from last 8 months. According to the guard, at night when around 2 AM he went to the bathroom then that person was sleeping there. But in the morning a passerby found him dead and then he informed the police. The similar murder had happened in sector 17 some days ago and now again a rickshaw walla murdered in Sector 21.

Another person was sleeping at a 10-meter distance:

In the investigation, police found that a person was sleeping around 10-meter distance but when they asked him but according to him, he was sleeping and did not hear anything. but police. Police have some doubts on him so they arrested him. according to the police, the murderer did not want to rob something from him because that person mobile and money was with him only. The reason for murder is not yet found. But Police is investigating this murder.
Prevalence of Autism Among Chandigarh Children: Survey Begins To Find

For the very first time, a very good step has taken to the Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), Sector 32 to find that how many children are affected with an autism disorder in Chandigarh. According to the doctors, this is the first time this survey is happening here in the city.

Survey for Autism Spectrum Disorder:

Autism is the neurodevelopment disorder that affects child’s ability to interact with others. Doctors from the Department of Psychiatry at the hospital said that this study is getting funds from Indian Council of Medical Research(ICMR) and we will do a survey to know about the prevalence of autism among children of Chandigarh city. Previously survey was done but it was hospital based but now it will be done with the help of ICMR. Doctors have also planned to study the causes of ASD among the children. For the study, children aged between 1.5-10 years of age will be taken.

The city has divided into three zones:

According to the Doctors, Hospital-based studies was unable to tell about the children who are affected with autism in Chandigarh because neighboring states also come to Chandigarh for treatment. For the survey to know about the prevalence of autism disorder in Chandigarh they had divided the city into three zones. They have also collected sample size of one lakh children for this study. A questionnaire that is in Hindi will be given to parents of suffering children from this autism disorder and they will tell everything about their children. The number of the children that are affected with autism is increasing according to the reports of GMCH. They have run a weekly autism clinic at the Institute and according to doctors, they are checking around seven or eight patients every month.
Prisoner Threw Chilly Powder To the Eyes Of Police And Escape

A prisoner fled from the General Hospital, Sector 6. He was with the 2 police team and came for MRI to the hospital. He threw a chilly powder in the eyes of policemen and then fled from there from Panchkula. This prisoner is accused of robbery and escaped from General Hospital.

How the prisoner gets the chance to run away from there:

The prisoner, Deepak Kumar, who is the accused of robbery was brought from Ambala jail and came to the hospital for MRI. He came to there with an another prisoner and also police team was with them. But he used chilly powder to escape from there and he threw chilly powder in the eyes of policemen. This incident happened in the Panchkula General Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula.

There was another person who was helping him and came on a motorcycle. They also fired gunshots and then escape from there. One prisoner is still in the hospital because he was unable to escape from there.

Police said that the chilly spray got mixed with centralized AC air. This smell spread in the whole hospital and due to this the whole hospital had to be evacuated because of the smell. All the patients of the hospital have to face problem because of this. The DCP Panchkula Ashok Kumar said they are investigating the case and soon they will reach that person.
Baby Born On Jet Airways Flight And Get Free Lifetime Pass

A baby born in jet airways plane when his mother was traveling from Saudi Arabia to India on Sunday. He was born 35,000 feet above from the sea level and he also got the first gift of lifetime pass from the airline.

Born After Premature Labour:

His mother was traveling from Dammam for Kochi in Jet Airways flight 9W 569 and this flight took off at 2.55 am on Sunday. But that lady traveling onboard started premature labour pain. After this to provide her proper medical treatment crew diverted the flight to Mumbai. An announcement also made to get the help but there was no doctor or nurse traveling to Kerala. After that, a person named Wilson came forward to help airline staff to deliver the baby. After the plane landed in Mumbai, both the mother and the baby were rushed to a hospital and were said to be doing well, according to the airline.

Last year, five infants were born on a commercial flight, but they don’t get the golden ticket for free travel for the rest of their lives. But the airline, Jet Airways has announced that he is the first baby that born in the flight and they are very happy to offer him a lifetime pass for rest of his life and he can travel in jet airways without any expenses. After this plane resumed the journey from Mumbai to Kochi and reached there at 12.45pm.

Recently, Administration inaugurated rag doll village in the rock garden to enhance its beauty and make it more attractive. The administration is taking news steps to make it more attractive and charming place and for this, they have imposed a ban on all Rock Garden Wedding Events. Here in Chandigarh, people find it a good place for organizing wedding events and this news surely will disappoint them but according to the UT Administration this step is taken to make it clean and beautiful.

This decision is taken because these wedding functions create lots of mess at that beautiful place and this is tarnishing its beauty. Tourists also face lots of problems because during these events people are not allowed to go there. The marriage function occurs at the third phase of the Garden and many people who come there to visit this garden many times get disappointed because they can not go to the third phase of the garden because of wedding functions.

Another problem is related to garbage after the wedding garbage or green waste was not being cleaned and this will not good for the garden. It gives really a very bad look to this beautiful place and this place does not deserve to be spoiled by such things.

Stolen Two-Wheelers Used in 22 Snatching Incidents In Chandigarh
In Chandigarh vehicle thefts and snatching incidents are increasing day by day. Now, in recent reports, it is found that snatchers are using stolen vehicles for committing snatching. According to the recent reports of Vehicle theft and Snatching Incidents In Chandigarh around 235 two-wheelers have been stolen in last five months and some of them used in 22 snatching incidents in City Beautiful.

Using Stolen Vehicles: Snatching Incidents In Chandigarh

According to the reports, there is surely a relationship between the lifting of vehicles and snatching cases because around 18 stolen two-wheelers have been found involved in 22 snatching incidents. In a recent case on June 13, a motorcyclist snatched a woman’s purse at Raipur Khurd village and after this, he left his motorcycle and escaped from there.

After this when cop investigated they found that this is the stolen vehicle that he was using in snatching. This two-wheeler was in addition to the 18 motorcycles stolen from different places in Chandigarh. This is helping them to not get caught by Police because of these stolen vehicles. Police have caught some snatchers and from them, they came to know that they preferred to park the stolen motorcycles after committing snatchings in different parking lots.

The Number Of Vehicles Stolen From Chandigarh:

According to the reports of last five months around, 270 vehicles were stolen and in these vehicles 235 are two-wheelers, 33 four-wheelers and two autos were there. But Police have been able to trace some of them and around 194 vehicles are yet to be traced by the Chandigarh Police. Chandigarh Police said that have recovered 76 vehicles till now and in them, 66 two-wheelers and 10 four-wheelers. The stolen two-wheelers and four-wheelers include:

In the list of stolen vehicles autos is also included. Two autos were stolen from Dadumajra in Sector 38 and from Sector 45. Police are seeking the help of neighbouring states to catch these thieves and they also uploaded the details of all the stolen vehicles on the website of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB).
Chandigarh Plant 40000 Trees Under Its “Green Action Plan”
Chandigarh, the City Beautiful that is known for its greenery is going to have more trees and shrubs that will surely enhance its beauty. Horticulture department of Chandigarh city is going to take the initiative to make it greener by planting trees on large scale under its Green Action Plan. It is decided that around 40000 trees and shrubs will be planted in different decided areas.

These decided places have been under scrutiny for many years and now for the proper execution of this planning department is ready. This plan would be executed in the financial year of 2017-2018 in the Chandigarh. The execution of this “Green Action Plan” by Horticulture Department of Chandigarh will help the city to look young and beautiful with lots of plants and shrubs. What Is Included In Green Action Plan:

All the location are decided where this plantation will be done and also department will replace all the dead plants that are not in good condition with all the new plants. Here are the details of “Green Action Plan”:
- Around 1,000 dead and dangerous trees were identified in the tree census. All such trees will be replaced
- Around 10,000 will be trees and the rest will be shrubs
- A majority of the shrubs will be planted in parks and gardens
- 12,000 saplings of trees and shrubs planted from April to June
- 18,000, saplings planted from July to September
- 7,375 saplings planted from October to December
- 4,000 saplings planted from January to March.

In Chandigarh 33-Year-Old Auto Driver Murdered By Wife’s Lover

A case of murder in Chandigarh came into the limelight where a man killed the husband of his lover. An auto driver, Udayvir Singh (33) who lived at Phase 2 and was an auto driver is allegedly murdered by his wife’s lover Satnam Singh. The accused, who has a criminal background, is a resident of Behlana and there are many cases are registered against him. He attacked the victim with the baseball bat and he was declared dead in Hospital.

How He Committed The Crime:

Durgalpal victim’s elder brother is the witness of the crime and he said that on 10th of June they lost their father and they had gone to Haridwar. After immersing the ashes of his father in the Ganga in Haridwar around 8 pm on Tuesday night they returned from there. Udayvir, had gone to his room on the second floor and around 2.55 am, He heard the shouting of his brother and when he came out of the room, which is on the ground floor, He saw Satnam Singh was hitting his brother on his head with a baseball bat. After being hit by the baseball bat in the head, Udayvir was pushed from the second floor of his house by Satnam. Udayvir fell on the ground floor and suffered severe head injuries. Then they rushed Udayvir to GMCH, Sector 32, on his auto and doctors declared him dead there.

Reason Behind Murder:

According to the Police, Satnam was in love with the Udayvir’s wife Pratibha but she got married with Udayvir one-and-a-half years back. Satnam was in anger because of this, so when he was hitting him with a baseball bat and he was shouting that Pratibha had tied the knot with him against her wishes and she was not happy with him. The shouting and attack on Udayvir by Satnam was witnessed by the victim’s elder brother.

Police have Registered The Case:

Satnam, the accused auto driver has already involved in the cases like theft, robbery, snatching and receiving stolen properties in Chandigarh and Zirakpur. Now, a new case of murder has been registered against him under Section 302 of IPC at Sector 31 police station. The body of the victim was handed over to his family after post-mortem. The accused will be produced in court on Thursday.
