    अगर आप लूज़ मोशन से परेशान हैं और इससे राहत पाना चाहते हैं, तो आप केला खाना शुरू कर सकते हैं। केले में पेक्टिन होता है, जो लूज़ मोशन को कंट्रोल करने में हेल्प करता है।अजवाइन को थोड़ा भून के चूर्ण बनाने के बाद अगर पक्के हुए केले के साथ खाया जाये तब भी आपको इनसे राहत मिलेगी।

    सरसों के बीज:

    सरसों के बीज में कुछ एंटीबैक्टीरियल प्रॉपर्टीज पाई जाती हैं, जो हमारे लूज़ मोशन को ठीक करने में हेल्प करती हैं। अगर आप 1/4 चम्मच सरसों के बीज को एक चम्मच पानी में एक घण्टा भीगो के रखने के बाद पी लें तो राहत मिलेगी। दिन में 2 से 3 बार इसे रिपीट करें ।

    अदरक का फायदा:

    अदरक भी खराब पेट के लिए काफ़ी गुणकारी होता है। अदरक में एन्टिफन्गल और एंटीबैक्टीरियल तत्व होने की वज़ह से ये लूज़ मोशन को कण्ट्रोल करने में काफी हेल्प करता है।
    आप अदरक को पुदीने और इलाइची के साथ भी लेंगें तो राहत मिलेगी। इसके लिए आपको 3-4 इलाइची को पानी में उबालना होगा, इसके बाद आपको पुदीने और अदरक का पेस्ट मिलाना है। इसे तीन चार बार लें और आपको इससे काफी राहत मिलेगी।

    Launching the initiative, U.T. Administrator V P Badnore said that yoga is the epitome of Indian legacy, and it is the very essence of our culture. He also added that the administration is committed to the expansion and advancement of Yoga in the tricity, and many more plans are on cards. Free Yoga Classes in Chandigarh is just one of the many steps.

    Well, this is indeed a great initiative and will benefit hundreds of tricity residents, while influencing the health and fitness regime of the city. All for the good! Kudos, U.T. Administration!
