The Chandigarh Municipal Corporation going to bring the file tracking system and this would be very much helpful for residents or councillors because this would make them able to check the status of work in their wards on their cellphones. This tracking system would be beneficial and it would minimise the rounds to the offices of officials.
With The SmartPhones Information Are Click Away:
Nowadays everyone has a smartphone and with that, they are able to get every information easily and because of this Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh decided to start file tracking system that will help people to know at which level the file of a particular work is lying pending. When some residents ask about the status of work, the councillors call the sub-divisional officer or executive engineer or chief engineer and it becomes rather tedious for everybody to track that particular file. To save the time and to make file tracking easier, this new system will surely help.
People Would Able To Know The Development On Phone:
According to the officials, this project would be rolled out in a month’s time. Every information would be provided from the time where the estimates are prepared and sent to the officials concerned along with other details. If any objections will be raised at any level then it will be immediately available. In the previous system, there was fixed time in which councillors can get to know about the development from officers but now there would be no fixed time. This will make them available with all the information on anytime.
