Everyone heard that getting up early in the morning is the very good habit and this makes healthy and happy. Many times we make resolutions to get up early, but all is in vain. Next day we got up with broken resolution and blaming our alarm clock for not getting up early. If you really want to get up early then you have to follow some steps.
No drastic changes:
Never do lots of changes in your routine because you would unable to manage these changes. If you really want to get up early start with small changes like the first try to get up 15-20 minutes early than usual time. This will help you to manage your time properly.
Sleep earlier:
It’s important for your health to sleep 7-8 hour at night and this will also relax your body and mind. But nowadays people have bad habits of sleeping late at night; most of us get busy with phones and due to this people are unable to get up early in the morning. Try to sleep earlier to get up early.
The alarm clock should be away from you:
Most of the time we set alarm to get up early in the morning and when our alarm ring in the morning we shut it off and sleep for another 5 or 6 minutes but that 5 minutes sometimes turns to an hour or sometimes more than it. if you want to get early you have to place your alarm clock away from your bed that will surely help you to get up early in the morning.
Never take coffee or tea at night:
Some people are in the habit of having tea or coffee at night, this makes them sleep late. So try to avoid those thinks that can hinder your sleep. if you will sleep late you will unable to get up early.
Do not rationalize:
Sometimes we get up and then we again want to go to sleep because we still feel sleepy at that time and want to go to bed again. But if got up then discard this option to go to bed again.
