  • Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, Application Form: Feb 7, 2018
  • Last Date to apply for the UPSC IAS 2018 exam: March 6, 2018
  • Date of Examination (IAS Prelims 2018): June 3, 2018
  • Civil Services (Mains) Examination: Aug 1, 2018

UPSC Civil Services Exam Paper Pattern

The UPSC Civil Services a preliminary examination is conducted in three phases. The question papers will be set in both Hindi and English.

  • Preliminary Examination (Written Test)
    Main Examination (Written Test)
    Personality Test (Interview)

Educational qualification:

  • Students who want to apply for this prestigious exam should possess a degree of graduation in any stream from any university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC)
  • Those waiting for their results are also eligible to apply but they have to submit the certificate of qualification along with the mark sheet to the UPSC before the main exam.
